Very unprofessional. Need training in customer service. But service department is very helpful
I have never had a problem at bical . one time I did not explain the problem right and it came back not fixed . I brought it back explained it a little better and it was fixed . and never had a problem again . when I brought it back the second time I recorded my problem with my cell phone . they picked up on a noise it was making that I did not even hear. Once they heard it they fixed it . I love that place .
Bring it to car dealer they will fix free
