Hi. Was there for an oil change today. Just wanted to know was I supposed to get a free car wash w/ my service. The service reminder card I received says a car wash supposed to be offered but it wasn't.

Yes you were but they never do it! Be careful with your tires also. They say they rotate them but they don't. I stopped going to that location. I go to the one in Bayridge..they don't do car washes..but their service is a lot better and much faster!
