Needed a way to get to where I was staying nothing available. Asked for car service number none a viable per staff waiting area was not conducive to sit there. Cashier staff would not even respond when I said hello .

I would like to schedule a regular service visit. However the last time I came into your service shop, I was charged $800.00 for service of which $600.00 was for labor. To add insult to injury, the service staff took my wife's eye glasses.
