Michael Burbridge is a Sales Consultant for Manhattan Toyota. After purchasing a 2022 Rav4 Hybrid I didn’t feel confident on the features of operating my new car. Michael meticulously went through all features of my Rav4 Hybrid. As a 68 year old women who’s instinct aren’t as sharp as they use to be he patiently went through the car distance cruise control features, the off lane distraction, & more importantly Toyota hybrid feature of emergency help feature which made me feel so safe. He went through all the features with or without iPhone connection, apple play, cruise control, auto light settings, eco settings, sport settings & hybrid setting. He showed me what was under the hood, rear tire option, tire lock screw & all interior seat options. Michael is detail oriented, patient & professional. Thank you Michael I now feel so confident with my new Rav4 Hybrid & love it. Well appreciated it🙏🌻

5-star rating for my visit (first time back since Sept 2021) 1) The work was done properly (although I had only oil change and NYS inspection) 2) the new facility/showroom is beautiful 3) My service advisor was very nice and called me when the work was complete (Jennifer Wong) 4) they washed and vacuumed my car! 5) after discounts I had, pricing was very reasonable. Overall, a very pleasant and professional experience from them. My only caveat: their repair rates a appear a bit high (for example $200/hr) so undecided if I will return to have them perform heavier work in the future.
