if you are going to register it in your state yes! but if it is to use it in NY the insurance has to be from NY why we know that it is very expensive NY insurance that in another state is cheaper

You have to have a certified check to pay for it. Personal checks, they'll take up to $3000. Plus Credit card, they'll take up to $3000. So that's a total of $6,000 you can pay without having a certified check. Be careful those finance guys are snakes and cannot be trusted.
