100% yes!!! I've visited a 100 times and never cease to be amazed by this museum or discover something new. Your ticket is also good for same day at the Cloisters (an absolute treasure but way uptown) & Breuer. Thankfully for me the Met is a short subway stop away :)

I would say yes. I spent $22 on the skip the line tickets and was worth skipping the 2 hour long line in the freezing cold. For me the modern art sections by themselves we're worth it!
