It requires a donation, as to how much, it is what ever a person wishes.

Entry for New Yorkers only requires a voluntary donation. The recommended donation is 25 bucks, but you can get in with as little as 1$. I was curious so I asked the ticketing persons, the legal minimum is a few cents per New Yorker.

The ticket price is $25 for all. For group s the ticket is $5 per each one For senior people the ticket is $17 There are no different between New Yorker people or tourist
