Yes, for now. Their suggested donation is $25, but you can choose the amount. However, that policy is changing this year. If you buy a membership, that covers admission for two. I ended up saving $60 by buying an out of state membership, as it covered the admission for us along with a 20% discount on gift shop purchases and 10% off of the cafeteria.

The pay-as-you-wish policy will change on March 2018. It will only remain in place for NY residents and NJ students. Everyone else will have to pay $25 to get in.
