there are 84 units in total. 60 something are under management by Deer Ridge Resorts. The others are either owner resident, owner managed, or for sale. These are all condos: 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom with a loft and 2 bedrooms with a loft. Many have sleeper sofas allows 2,4,6, or 8 guests based on number or rooms and lofts.
From there website they have two cabins for rent. I'm sure there are more cabins available from different sources.

They have condos and cabins all the way up the mountain. The cabins range in size, and some allow for large parties. I would give then a call and ask about pricing also, depending on how many people you are looking to stay there.
Deer Ridge Mountain is more like a condominium/apartment atmosphere. There are cabins on the way up the mountain that are seperate places to stay.
