Is this a safe walking distance to Watler Washinton Convention center? Is it on the AGU meeting housing list?

I wouldn't walk it alone or at night. There is a closer Hyatt Place to the convention center. Highly recommend staying closer. I do recommend the Saints Paradise Cafeteria on M st between 7th & 6th (cash only) excellent food.
