Most often, you have to WAIT FOR QUALITY AND PERFECTION!!! It's not McDonald's or some cheap spot on St Marks Place! They are ALWAYS busy/packed, which is a VERY good sign. I don't go into a Chinese restaurant if there are no Asian customers either, by the way. If you know what I mean! Furthermore, I waited almost two hours, but they waived the piercing fee. I was also there in person, the day before, to make an appointment! So, shut up! The staff work exceptionally hard, and maintain VERY high standards!!!
