Ernesto was wonderful! I came in thinking I needed a new watch band and would have to pay a lot for it. Ernesto gave it one look and said the shoe repair next door could easily fix the band. I didn’t need to buy a new one and spent only $6 to get it fixed! Ernesto was warm, friendly, and helpful.
