I wish I could give the Zales Bay Plaza location zero stars. The low level of customer service is shameful and there is a particular manager whose disrespectful, obnoxious, indignant manner left me wondering how she was even able to maintain employment anywhere. My experience at Zales Bay Plaza has made me vow NEVER to shop at any Zales again.
