Love the rings but the sales lady was a bit arrogant and unfriendly… shopping for wedding bands and engagement rings should be a fun experience, but she just made me want to purchase elsewhere. Sadly there is only one HW store in New York, otherwise I would have wanted to tried my luck in another location.

Yesterday my girl friend walked into this store for a browse through some engagement ring options, where she received the worst customer service ever from an unfriendly, grumpy miss. HW have to train their employees on customer service skills and etiquette, if they still want to see an upward trend in the development of brand reputation and customer loyalty.

I don't think so
Before you purchase your future bride's ring, make sure you know the type and style ring she likes. Pay attention to her likes and dislikes and see if she likes white, yellow or rose gold, a certain shape or cut diamond etc. She will wear this ring forever and when she says yes to your proposal, you want her to be equally excited about her ring 😉😍
