It's not real gold or diamonds,but the quality is great, if you wanna dress up a real white gold diamond pendant.
You dont have to as the showroom is open every weekday 11am-7pm, but it is preferable you email or call before coming so a salesperson will be waiting for you when you come in. If you dont make an appointment you might have to wait a bit to be assisted as there might be other customers and salespeople will have to finish assisting them first.
