I did not expect 5 start service from a used clothing store exactly. I did, however, expect some semblance of customer service equivalent with their desire for me to spend my money in this establishment. This I did not get in any way, shape, or form. My wife and I were shopping for some shoes as my old one were feet to hurt pretty badly. They offered no place to try the new ones on at, and when I planted on the floor to try them on I was asked quite forcefully to get up off of the floor by a very large security guard. They would rather I just bought them. If I can not afford to buy a new pair of shoes what makes them think of can afford to buy a pair without ensuring they fit? Especially from a place with no return policy? I did not appreciate them trying to bully me out of my money and not accommodating me a place to try on my new shoes prior to purchasing. Buyers beware they are over-priced and overbearing!

You find everything in this place, there are few garments that you find in poor condition!! What I didn't like, I don't know if the employees are allowed to do that, is that they separate garments for them and go and store them, they steal the opportunity for customers to compare them!
