Beautiful location, bad in-store experience with order placed! Rep didn’t follow the instructions and sent a package out that did not have the completed order, was not wrapped properly, nor the personalize note included. Never again!!!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Just because I am young does not mean that I don’t have the money to spend on nice jewelry. The one sales associate who would even show me the time of day was extremely rude. You need to train your associates to not judge people based on age. I had just graduated from university and was looking to buy myself something special. I was ignored and barely looked at. Do better.

I'm Korean, but I felt really embarrassed by the feeling that Korean employees were avoiding Korean customers. My friend and I each bought a 1 carat Tiffany setting diamond ring, a Victoria diamond key necklace, a Fleur-de-Lis key necklace, silver jewelry and ceramics for gifts, and instead of the staff who avoided us, we got a VIP room from another friendly staff. We had a very leisurely tea time and champagne and made unforgettable memories at Tiffany's New York head office. There are a lot of staff as we use the entire building, but there is nothing more fortunate than meeting friendly staff!

The large Tiffany's polishing cloth worked best for my silver jewelry. It's not very expensive either, around $10 and it lasts a long time.

This store has been around since the 1960's, I doubt very much that the owner or CEO is Palestinian. This store is a New York land mark too, many movies have had a scene in it.
