I got a server sewing machine and it don't work and I don't have the recite to show . and I don't have the box it come in. What can I do .I did put it on my card.to buy it.

Return the machine with all the parts, accessories and any packaging you have to the Customer Service desk and ask to have the purchase placed back on your credit card... but because you do not have a receipt, you will only receive the current price (not necessarily the price you paid) and the refund price may be put on a Walmart gift card. Walmart return policy allows only so many non-receipt returns per customer per year so be aware. If you have questions ask for the manager.

How WalMart deals with it depends on how long ago you purchased it, but they should be able to verify a card purchase if you have the card with you.

Walmart will exchange it with out the box or receipt, since you paid with a credit card they may refund I'm not completely sure about that. But just call them and they will give you the answer to that.

Same if you got it on your card they can pull it up

Take it back and let them know you do not have the receipt and they may be able to exchange it have it pulled up on your bank account you verified your purchase
