I do have LG Refrigerator, since august 2020 my first time service by this company, 5 times they come they couldn’t solve the problem, actually I’ve service again feb 17 2021 but they cancel without to confirmation with and they move my schedule March 8 2021...... I not recommended this company to anyone.....

If I could give negative stars. Been waiting four months for a simple dishwasher repair. We’ve been rescheduled four times. The CSR got confrontational and hung up on us when we requested to speak with a supervisor. This company is incompetent, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I have never experienced such a poor level of service. Avoid them at all costs. It’s a shame as Sears once was a reputable brand. No longer.
