Discount Drugmart's customer service is terrible! Unlike other pharmacies (CVS), Discount Drugmart does not contact individuals to let them know an Rx has expired, nor do they offer to contact your doctor's office. They simply don't fill the Rx, leaving the customer without their medication. They are unwilling to advance a few days worth of meds to allow time for the customer to reach out to their doctor to request a refill. Discount Drugmart pharmacy staff member was extremely rude to me -- talking over me and then hanging up on me. I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Discount drug mart is a hidden gem in Grove City. It's a small town "get everything" store and I love them beyond measure.

The Evening older lady cashier is rude the way she talks to you at times with when you dont put the coupons down 1stc, but she does let you you about does start to help you .she's at the separate cash register . But other than all the other Cashiers are kind, helpful and understanding . Along with the other workers in there , the store is clean and organized and good prices :)

the restroom is hard to find! Ask at the back window back by the stockroom door. You have to go through the stockroom to get to the restrooms and it feels odd but is perfectly ok
