I enjoy coming here for work outs and the classes they provide , friendly staff and the manager who is a young man is an impressive fellow very professional ( I don't know his name) today I decided to go to a class at 9a. I was made to feel a bit uncomfortable I cannot put my finger on how I was made to feel 🤔..but due to feeling uncomfortable by going at my own pace I decided to leave a 1/2 earlier. The instructor needs to lighten up and let people go at their own damn pace. It's takes alot for some to come to classes as we all have one goal in common and that's to be healthier..don't make people feel uncomfortable because they're not doing everything, that's the reason there are alternatives..
