I'm thinking you may swim for a fee if you are considering membership. The splash pad is open to the public. Call and ask is your best option. Each location may have different rules.
Yes. They do have monthly specials where you can join and get the first month free.

Yes but I believe that you can buy a day pass which is $10, there is a splash pad which is open to the public but the pools, hot tub and sauna you have to either be a member or get a day pass to use
