Super nice woman working the lumper desk. Unloading doesn't start until 7, and if you think taking a dock door is going to get you anywhere, forget it. They will make you leave until your appointment. I wouldn't bother showing up more than an hour before your appointment. I would have given 4 stars if the lot was lighted, which it isn't. My unloading took about an hour after I hit the dock.
