Nice cemetery but I had this unpleasant experience unfortunately: When I visited my mom's grave on mother's day, I had an unpleasant surprise as it was really in a bad condition. I reported this and they said they will fix it. However, when I went there a month later (on father's day) I was very disappointed with the fact that they did nothing for maintenance/restoration. I contacted the office again via email. A couple of days later, they said they finally fixed the issue (uneven/unbalanced marker with one side emerging out of the earth after a -heavy- rain). Yet, then they called me over the phone and they let me know that they had initially installed the grave marker to the wrong place ?!?!?! Basically, for a year, I was visiting someone else's grave (or an empty grave) for my mom. Anyway, long story short, Ms. Mona Farmer was great and very helpful to resolve the issue but I was (and still am) "a little" surprised with the level of incompetence of the ground operations team. Everything looks good now.

I think the gates closed maybe like 8:00 p.m. but you can call the office in the daytime and they will let you know for sure what time the gates close

Monday-friday office 9 to 5 Saturday 9 to 1 Park is open until dusk. No lights in the park.
Go to the office if not open go to their website,just put in Kings Memorial and ur family members names and it will send the directions to ur email.
Well i do know they get busy with other calls, appointments, and walk-in that maybe the reason. I do know they do their best to accommodate everyone. Just give them another call and I'm sure they'll respond.
When you get there stop in the office with ur friends name and someone will take u to the grave or call and they will send it to ur phone
You can ask someone there if you plan on buying it from them. I purchased mine from somewhere else and they notified them
