Great Prices. Very Friendly and Helpful. I came here to swap my tires from my old wheels to my new wheels and could not be happier. They have a state of the art machine that will not scratch your wheels. Jeremy and Eli(I believe that was his name, sorry I'm bad with names) were great to me and explained to me everything I needed to know about what was wrong with my wheel setup. I am relatively new to RI I believe I will be coming back here for all my tire/wheel needs. I would strongly recommend this tire shop to anyone.

Brought my car in 45 minutes before they opened, after they had opened the woman who was there before me went. About 20 minutes later I had asked if they could attempt to fix one of my tires that has a slow leak (I didn’t want to interrupt her tire replacement but I was just sitting there twiddling my thumbs assuming they would ask me eventually why I was there). I was told that they would look at it after her car was all set. I waited another 15 minutes or so only to be told that they wouldn’t attempt it because my tires are apparently snow tires and that they could be held liable should they be caught doing something to the tire. I understood and ,confused, went home to explain to my mom what happened only to find out like a few days later my tires are Firestone WeatherGrip tires which are considered All Weather tires. A quick search on Firestone’s site tells you “ Firestone WeatherGrip is an all weather tire for use in spring, summer, fall, and winter. It has a three peak mountain and snowflake (3PMSF) symbol indicating it meets a level of snow traction of a dedicated winter / snow tire.” As well as “ One of the many benefits of all-weather tires is that, unlike winter tires, they don’t need to be changed when warmer weather arrives.” . They saw a snowflake symbol on my tire and immediately assumed they were snow tires and had me thinking I now had to throw away money just for “all season” tires.

Was in need of an emergency fix and started calling all the major tire shops. No one had my size in stock. My car is upgraded and has a specific size that is not typically stocked. Diaz Tire Shop not only had it in stock but options on brands. I immediately replaced all 4 since the price was a no brainer. They started working on my car instantly while I waited. I definitely found my new shop.
