Terrible, ongoing issues since the beginning of the year. I've escalated and escalated. I have a 1st grader and kindergartener, who's bus stop is often forgotten about, skipped, and downright just not cared about. Their bus has been changed and yet this STILL did not resolve the issue. Nobody cares bc it's not their children standing in the cold in the dead of winter for literal HOURS. Nobody provides any real solutions, just lies. I don't understand how the Transportation department can operate this way continually and get away with it. This poses REAL dangers for our children, in addition to all the other domino effects. If my job was performed this carelessly, I'd be fired and those are facts.

My daughter left her trapper keeper on the bus. Her bus driver was nice, took it to the office. Me and my daughter and picked her trapper keeper up from the office at the school bus lot. And the lady's working in the office were really nice and sweet.
