That's Walmart customer service. It's the very worst. I've seen in-store customer service lines up to 45 minutes long and they'll still keep only one person working behind the counter. Good luck. (I've found going into the store and demanding to speak to a manager works better than anything else.)
They're probably all on their cell phones.
Every time we visit, it's hard to get help.they are not around in sight.
Not sure about that Wal-Mart but the staff at Georgesville is very helpful.
