That's Walmart customer service. It's the very worst. I've seen in-store customer service lines up to 45 minutes long and they'll still keep only one person working behind the counter. Good luck. (I've found going into the store and demanding to speak to a manager works better than anything else.)

A lot of times a late night call to Wal-Mart goes unanswered because there is a skeleton sales staff and more overnight stockers. The people who are supposed to answer the phones are also the people ringing up customers and helping them on the sales floor. No one really wants to work overnight. So they are hiring for overnight shifts starting at $11.15 per hour. If you knows someone who wants a job go in the store or fill out an application online.

I was just there tonight September 25th and they have signs all over the place says they will tow you if you park there overnight . Was no issues parking just to go shopping. I was very quick because I didn't want to get a surprise when I came outside though

Return the machine with all the parts, accessories and any packaging you have to the Customer Service desk and ask to have the purchase placed back on your credit card... but because you do not have a receipt, you will only receive the current price (not necessarily the price you paid) and the refund price may be put on a Walmart gift card. Walmart return policy allows only so many non-receipt returns per customer per year so be aware. If you have questions ask for the manager.

No they will tow your truck if you're parked out front. Best act like you're delivering to one of the stores and park in the back
