how the line

The wait time is horrible my uncle had appointment we got there 2 hours early n we were seen 6 hours later

The lines are long but to my understanding and going there to get a statement letter. It all depends on what you're there for. When I went I was there no more than 20 mins and that includes waiting in line and a representative taking care of me. But obviously if its for more serious things than it can be a more longer ordeal

Unless you're just getting a replacement card you're going to wait hours every single day no matter what

The same everyday. You need to get there early if you want to be seen.
