I have gone to dhs office on 3/19/18 to bring a letter. I need to do an update and changes on my snap. They did scan the paper they have told me no need to wait. I will receive a phone call. The days go by and weeks. I have not receive a phone call.

The same thing has happened to me with my snap I had to go back down to the office three times afterwards they said they scanned my papers and it did not work but this Providence office is messed up down here so try again go down to speak to them wish you luck

These new system they have it sucks or the employee who does not like to work. Is the line so long to wait. I have no money to go down. My car has no gas. I will try my best to go. It happen to me last year. I spoke witj illegal lawyer. They help me a lot.
