Go in person they are worthless and no matter who you complain to they don't care.

This service is worthless and they don't care. Franklin co. Service is always busy no return calls and then they denied. Their playing God with our lives
You will get that high call volume message every single time even before the place is open it pissed me off they even have that option knowing nobody is going to directly talk to the people that really need help
Same question about non phone communications. I was approved for food card and it was supposed to have been expedited. that was on the 3rd. I care for elderly gentlemen and need to report I have not gotten that food card yet. Auto-answer, asks for card number...if I had the card I could give it.
