I had an interview Tuesday at 10:30, "they" told my daughter & I they would call us!! It's even on our paperwork! We started calling them bk@ 10:40 am! To only get recordings they had a high volume of calls & then it disconnected us! What the heck!! And,I tried to call & talk to a supervisor! Due to all the problems we have had since moving from Fairfield county to Franklin county! This place is a joke!!

Some if you people are saying we have to call them on the interview! YOUR WRONG! They told my daughter & I they would call us on set date & time!& Confirmed our phone numbers! We NEVER had this problem in Fairfield county!

I just called back to back finally got through according to the phone they had me on hold for for 45 minutes and thats not including the talk time 1 hr 20 min, when I explained to them I just got denied for my food assistance because I didn't go in for my review on the 28th of August, I explained to them that i went in to drop everything off at a different office and it was over a month ago they found my info and said they confirmed I was there on the 15th. I asked them why my info was not transferred they said their was a new system in play which caused a glitch in the system and it caused my information not to be delivered. But they were able to sign me up for text so I can get updates on a regular as well as emailing me too. So I am so grateful for the new system because I can't lose my medicare for my husband due to his Massive Stroke and his coranary artery disease! Keep calling back to back non stop!! Make sure you start calling the minute they open. Some are 7 am others R 8-9am.

They no longer call you . You have to call them at a number provided in your packet.

If you don't complete your appointment on the scheduled day, you can call Monday thru Friday between 8am & 12pm on non-holidays to complete it. Don't select the call back option, callbacks only come from the call center with regular agents. But for your interview, you need to speak to a case manager. As for getting paperwork processed, when you turn in verifications, call the call center to have a message sent so the case will be processed. If it's before the due date, and they tell you to allow processing time, request to have a courtesy message sent.
