Hi Susan Marble! To make an on line appointment is to search ny schedule road test. Scroll down to "schedule your road test" then click it. Once you click the "schedule your Road test" it will prompt you to fill out your personal information. After you finished filing out your information, you should be good to go. Just show up. I've never waited more than 15 minutes on a busy day
Your best bet is to do it online, I tried to use the ph ap and left a message two weeks ago with no call back.
