I'm a cancer survivor and I am so happy my wife talked me into coming here. She loves the pool programs and I ride the bike and weights. We both feel really great after our workout. There is no shame here, people of all different abilities and friendly staff and fellow exercisers. Love the words of motivation someone writes on the dry erase boards. Do your self a favor and join the Y!

Yes put applications it only take 4-6 days to get an answer from them, you would be surprised how cheap is, and what u being missing, a lot things to do, making new friends etc
