My son was in a serious, roll over autoaccident and was transported to Warsaw ER He was given Tylenol, a tetanus and left with no call button. He was in severe distress and had to call me, his mother, in the waiting room. I had to get the intake staff to call the ER and hopefully help him. I requested a patient advocate.....and no one came. I was NEVER updated by nurse or doctor as I was told I would be! He is in SO much pain!

I went ţo the ER yesterday and had a great experience. I did not have to wait at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The nurses were friendly and professional. The doctor was very nice and thorough. He ordered several tests and explained each one. I would highly recommend their services.

I am giving my rating based off of mine, and my wife’s experiences with Warsaw. Both times her and I have been seen in the ER, the doctors would tell us everything is fine. But then when bloodwork comes back, they don’t disclose some key things like iron levels or an enlarged gallbladder. Overall the Warsaw hospital is garbage. U of R needs to buy the place before Warsaw loses easy access to medical care.

Thompson hall. Building right next to the hospital
The hospital has parking that practically wraps around the front of the building. I'd recommend parking near the center set of door since that will be the entrance you'll be using.
It has a limited number of seating from what I understand, but it will be broadcast live on zoom

WCCHS does not have an infectious disease specialist. Contact your primary care provider for evaluation and referral.
Behind the ER. But you should have to go through the ER
Yes, we have a 12 bed Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit.
Select outpatient procedures are performed on Saturday between 8am and noon. Call the Radiology Department at (585) 786-1256 for additional information on your specific exam required.
Standard blood draw hours are Monday – Friday 5:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 2:00pm; however, we can accommodate blood draws outside these hours. You would report to registration on the ground floor (or Emergency Room registration desk, if after hours) and they would inform the phlebotomist of the need for an outpatient blood collection.
On the ground floor. Past the double hospital elevators, back behind housekeeping and maintenance.
