Is he employed or completely destitute?

There's a Place downtown called the center for LGBTQ Ppl that are in that position and can help them out.

From my understanding, as long as you can find a way to get to the center, they will be able to assist you. Even if you don't have a place to stay--they have access to resources in the area that may be able to house you.
