EXTREMELY rude staff. Zero stars should be an option. We are all here to be happy and to get married. It is a joyous occasion. You walk in and the guard screams at you without greeting you asking for the confirmation number, then you are sat down and a female guard (WELLS. ponytail through the hat) is screaming for people to put their masks on. Yes - it is for safety. Yes - she is right. However some folks do not speak English as their first language, some people are nervous today, etc. RETRAIN your staff on proper hospitality standards in this type of setting.

Because of covid, just 1 person and the couple can come in.

Go to worth street in Manhattan pay $15.00 money order or bank card for payment they don’t take cash for a copy of your marriage certificate if you don’t have valid New York State Id you can use your Medicaid card long as it has a picture
Hello Lucky Mckenzie, my friend got a marriage license a few weeks ago from city clerk. They are doing online appointments still. You can go on the website: nyc.gov/cupid to set up an appointment with clerk for a marriage license.
To get any appointment you must check their website exactly at 9 AM every Monday
If you mean marriage certificates, I think it's 15$ for the first one and 10$ for each additional one.
No they won't. However, daytime is really good go.
No, the office is closed both days.
What was the email unde because I did a application a week ago and they keep telling me the email appointment should be in my email and I don’t see anything ?
The Office of the City Clerk is open on Monday December 31, 2018 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Yes
Yes
You have to make an appt, but the process is very fast was in and out in 10 minutes. And they print it on the spot rather then waiting 8 weeks if you request it by mail.
Yes but you need to make an appointment
Yes you do
It's open but it's by appointment only go online to schedule your appointment
It's open only appointments and marriage records are to be obtained through the mail
How long it took to receive?
Nope... You have to request by email and wait for a response... It took 4 1/2 weeks for me to get an appointment
For the most part, yes. Like paying taxes, utilities etc.
When you apply for an appointment, is it through cupid or it has to be an email to an external location?
Do i require to go with a witness for marriage license in
To avoid an incomplete or delayed application process, the information you should have on hand when contacting the vital records office by mail or in person is as follows: Purpose for which a copy of the minutes is required Full name of the spouses at the time of marriage Date the marriage was celebrated (month, day and year) Place where the marriage took place (city or town, county and state) Family relationship with the partner whose registration is requested Applicant's full name, address and contact details * In some counties, the applicant may be required to present their driver's license number and issuance status. Since marriage records are in the public domain, they can be ordered or consulted without the need to provide official proof of relationship, as is the case for other vital records such as birth and death certificates.
No online appointments
See if you can write to them or send an email
Same here
Have to upload it to nyccupid
NYC DEPARTMENT OF RECORDS & INFORMATION SERVICES, 31 CHAMBERS STREET, NEW YORK, NY 10007, USA Find out more about the NYC Department of Records at nyc.gov/records

You can search on Google on your cell phone for "nyc domestic partnership application" and click on one of the link results. That should give you all the instructions. You first have to fill out the application online and then go in person to 141 worth street to present Id, and payment and sign to get your certificate.
When I went down for 3 days in a row they said the best way to find out is call 311
No

You can't cancel it. Just wait 60 days from the day you filed. Then it becomes invalid so it a way its cancelled.
Nope. You must obtain a license first before a certificate. A certificate is after the marriage has been officiated.
Birth certificate paperwork is handled at 125 Worth Street not 141 Worth which is the marriage bureau. Sorry I can't help at this time
I'm uncertain about that off the top of my head.,so I think it's best for you to visit the site bc theres a list with the fees for you to get the proper answers. I do apologize for not being able to give you the correct answer as to the specific amount you need to know about....🙃
I would think its best to either call, or visit their website and see if you can get married and obtain a new marriage license all on the same day. Make sure you have all the information you used to get the original license, identification, etc., so this way no further problems occur. Good luck with everything!!
My fiance used his Portuguese passport
I'm not sure on exactly what type of disposition you are inquiring about, though you can visit the website or choose a day to go to the worth street building...
No., You do not need to get blood work done to get married there..
My husband and I were married twice in NYC we signed a judicial waiver and had everything done within 7 hrs both times. We're doing it again 12/24/18
