The number that's listed don't work. And they take forever to put information in the system. I have to go there 3x before my business was handled. Smh have to do better.

The number just rings for about 30 mins making you believe your on hold then hangs up after you waited. We need better help then this.

I have been there numerous times no one can seem to rectify my situation. I call every number known no one answers. They closed my case in May we're in September nothing yet. I requested a fair hearing nothing. Ridiculous.

You might want to go in and tell the people at the front desk, on the second floor you're there to see if your case is active. And you would like to see some one in customer service about your rent arrears. They'll give you a paper with a number and just wait to be called. If when you are called and speak to someone if you are not satisfied calmly ask to speak to a supervisor. The key to all of this is staying calm. What they want is for you to go off. That will give them a reason to make you wait longer or just give up and leave. Don't give that control.
