When you apply for an appointment, is it through cupid or it has to be an email to an external location?
Can I go to the Manhattan office for and appointment
At the moment only the Manhattan City Clerk's office is open. You apply for an appointment, get email responses, request a date & time based on their availability & receive a confirmation. May take a couple of weeks.
