Hi, I want to ask you a question? If an American citizen wants to marry a Dominican woman and wants to take her to live with her in NY, that is acceptable, that is, they can be transmitted?

First, no matter the answers you get from the community, consult an Immigration attorney, and/or INS officials. But basically, yes, if two people are in love and are to get married, the non-citizen can generally get a green card, absent any other legal problems. Good luck.
