The people who do the intake are horrible people. They make seem like they feel bad for and they don't. Just cause someone us related to me they denied my intake and said I can't be in the program. Some people just like a to you. Instead of then calling when they found the answer , they made upu waste your time coming to the program.

This the worse place I have ever worked. Even the clients don't want to be here. The program director and area director are so busy being nasty to staff that the clients are suffering. Clients are committing suicide to get away from the Bridge. This is just a horrible place to work.

Everyone should do themselves a favor and never work or be a client at the Bridge. Today the Bridge management Lisa Green, Sheryl Silver, Anthea Sutherland and the Bridge lawyer Theo Gould walked out on staff while we were telling them about our working conditions. Workers have been stabbed with needles, clients threaten to kill us, the buildings are disgusting. Even clients have committed suicide because they are not getting the help they need. They claimed it wasn't the time or place to talk about our issues. However, they felt it was a great time to talk about how the price of giving us medical coverage was to much for them. Meanwhile someone pointed out that management keeps getting raises. They brought nothing to present to us but didn't want to hear about our horrific working conditions. So I guess we were all suppose to sit around and just look at each other for 3 hours. I never felt so disrespected and will be looking for a new job immediately. Minimum wage for these type of conditions is never worth it. And being walked out on was the final straw for me.
