I went in 2017 to this establishment for an evaluation nobody cared enough to acknowledge I was waiting a long time! Finally I spoke to a psychiatrist and he just ask two questions and gave me a Bariatric letter for surgery! I called the number provided today and in a message they straight forward said we not going to pick up and not responding to any messages! Send us an email!! THE NERVE OF THIS PLACE!

Terrible place ever never answer there phone and they are not even on metropolitan no more some one there which is Realestate now said they are not at that address so beware people.

Backdated but important for everyone to know: October 2020: AVOID. My child attempted suicide. Dr. Sheihk is his psychiatrist. He shows up for his co pay / appointments but just this week - never returned calls either to myself or the nurses when our child was admitted to ER / and then subsequently a mental health facility. NOT ONE RETURN CALL over the course of a week. He's "triple booked" bc he has no other reason to make him look like he's actually working. His standard of care is extremely negligent for the field he is in. Dr Shaikh collects co payments. That is all. I think he, as well as this location, are waiting to see how many ppl they can scam. This is a front for a therapist facility. No shows up on time for appts IF at all...he is usually late or way behind in schedule (and he is credentialed from a university in Pakistan. Not even in the United States). New Hope is quick to charge and double charge (yes, that has happened) but does not reimburse for YOUR time when you are kept waiting. Making money hand over fist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Does not care about his patients and THAT IS NOT OKAY.

The staff is horrible. I have been using their services since sept. I have called several times asking about copays or charges. No one ever called back. I called again in October to follow up and still nothing. I know due to covid insurance companies were waving copays so I figured nothing of it. I finally get a call today for the first time, telling me I owe money. Michelle asked me what was my copays for doctor visits, I told her I usually 40.00 but I am like aren't you supposed to know what you are supposed to charge me. She is said based on your visits you owe 480.00 how will you like to pay. Now I am confused and say I am not paying anything right now untill I get more information. where is the bill how are you charging me that amount. I get upset and Michelle is like you are rude and I can not talk to you. Really Michelle you call me 3 months later and tell me i have to pay 480.00.. I hang up call my insurance and I find out I only or 160.00. The doctor I saw wasn't even on the insurance. This company is a fraud. Do not see them.. I am going to Copy and paste the reply I get from the company. Fyi the last text was we do not expect cash or check..
