I have a toddler. Is snack or food allowed in Building.. (I am there all day in newyork city. So will be carrying food for the day..) If food is not allowed i can plan visiting building later part of the day.

There was no snack/food restriction in Empire State Building.

They seemed pretty lax to me about what was in bags. We had water bottles only though.
