Would a 7 year old boy be able to climb the stairs to the crown?

You don't get that high it goes up to the 86 floor

I'm not sure if you are referring to the empire state crown cz from what I know it goes upto the 86th floor which the kid go in the elevator with you... But if you are asking about the lady's crown the statue of liberty) .. then yes he should be able to.. the stairs are narrow but walkable but make sure he is not claustrophobic cz that space is really narrow n enclosed tightly more like a cave leading to windows towards the end of the staircase..
