Being somone who has been to the Sears tower,and other tall buildings is it better and how long does it take to do all the stuff if you know what I mean.

Unfortunately I haven't been to the sears Tower yet but I highly recommend the empire state building tour both during the day and after dark to see the lights, early morning roughly 2/3 hours it gets very busy.

Excellent! Best in NYC. Timing depends on length of the line. I would say plan on 2 hours.
