I just know that at one time, it use to be corporate offices for big wigs, but now, I'm not so sure what it accommodates, or it's actual function at this point
It has a great deal of organizations' workplaces in it. At that point the highest levels where the perception decks are absolutely tourist destination. For the traveler they have the passage with pictures and projections on how it was assembled and afterward bounce on the lift to the 86th floor to locate the city, for an additional expense the 102nd floor which is more personal.
For the the tourist they have the entrance with images and projections on how it was built and then hop on the elevator to the 86th floor to sight the city, for an extra fee the 102nd floor which is more intimate.
