The ethernet connection is consistent, I can't really say anything about the wifi because I only use it for my phone. About 50up 50down internet speeds. No latency issues either, usually get around 30-40 ping to east coast servers.
It depends for me. On my PS4 hooked up via ethernet, I get about 75ms when the complex is empty or quiet, 120ms on a normal day. The connection on wifi drops out often so any stream except Netflix can have issues. It is nowhere sufficient for Twitch streamers and the like.
