The last couple times I ordered fries they have not been crispy been soggy what has changed not a good change in my opinion

Agreed, of you get product that's less than what you expect never be afraid to ask them to remake it fresh. You deserve to get what you paid for.

Let the manager know. McDonald is known for their great fries so soggy is not ok.
