The front desk lady who checked me in, Kim went above and beyond throughout my stay and this review in no way reflects her. However, the rooms were some of the most disgusting rooms I have ever stayed in. Mold in the shower, dirty towels, dirty sheets with hair on them, pet hair everywhere, crumbs and dog food on the carpet, and a nasty clogged shower drain. Kim was extremely helpful when we found all these issues. Sending us to a few different rooms but they were all still disgusting. Mold in the showers still and broken A/C. Kim was able to move us back to the original room and give us all fresh linens and anything else we needed to make the best of the experience. Needless to say, the experience just kept getting worse and worse but Kim did the best that she could to remedy it.

There was no shower curtain in the shower, the beds were hard, the pillows were paper thin, there was one towel for a two-bedroom room booked for four people? Oh, and the best part is we woke up covered in ants and that's super fun. The food we had brought with us, covered in ants. Our clothes, covered in ants. I'm beyond disappointed with this experience

On the whole, it was a nice hotel. The front desk employee was very helpful and very professional. My main issues were with the water back up in the shower and the hairs on the toilet

Rooms were clean and guest service was excellent. The outside vending machine purveyor should check their faulty equipment. I had to walk to a gas station for treats :( The covid breakfast is finally over and they served hot breakfasts again. The washer and dryer were convenient and detergent was available at the front desk. I'd recommend it for business professionals, construction crews, but not families because the pool was outside and right now it's covered (2/08-2/12)
