For the most part they are good, there were times we were put in an area that had no servers. We waited 15 minutes, servers all around us, but none bothered to take our drink order. I got up and left, my wife spoke to the lady that seated us, all she got as got was "sorry" and waited for manager and they didn't show up. So, with that it wasn't another month or so before we went back. Then we sat where we saw there was servers.

Would have been 5 stars had they been better at communication with my wife at dinner time, she was getting an order to go and when she asked about it ,that's when she was told they didn't have an item, then it was brought out and they didn't let her know until she once again asked. However when I ordered breakfast they were awesome. Best part is they allow RV parking overnight.

Normally, we enjoy our breakfast and have good service. This past weekend, however, it appeared that our waitress was high and was falling asleep standing up. Though she wrote everything down, someone else brought our food and we got half of what we ordered, things we didn't order, and made do without all we'd ordered. We had to ask for Ketchup, napkins, and syrup and by the time they arrived the food was cold. She never asked how we were doing. At one point we hadn't seen her for a long time, so my husband very nicely asked another person for a refill on his drink, and our waitress came out and confronted us and said "why are you mad"? It was uncomfortable and expensive and we didn't feel like we could talk to our waitress about the issues because she wasn't all there. So frustrating experience. 🤷

Great service on a snowy drive.. friendly with great southern hospitality.. food was cooked decent.. fried chicken a little over.. steak cooked good but had absolutely no seasoning.. biscuits were hard as a rock.. typical food quality for this chain.. was literally the only place open in town from the white out snow storm Izzy
